We're now seeking an ambitious Marketing Director to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for spearheading our marketing efforts, from tracking campaign performance to managing budgets and ensuring brand consistency. If you're passionate about driving growth and have experience in SaaS and B2B software marketing, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic.
• Lead the Marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
• Implement and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, social media, and events.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Monitor and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online marketing.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing roles, preferably in the SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with Google AdWords campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with a creative flair for effective communication.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing.
